Coaching
I offer executive leadership or career coaching, personal development, life or fulfillment coaching. I use a program informed by positive and behavioral psychology that focuses on habits and behaviors. All coaching packages begin with and include an assessment of the strengths of personal habits and behavior.
Group Coaching
Each January a group coaching program for a full calendar year begins. A weekly career and fulfillment coaching session virtually is held for a cohort group of ten participants. The group dynamic can enhance the coaching experience and offers a lower cost coaching program. Career testing is included at the start of the program. Career Testing
Career testing is for students age 14 and up, college students, homemakers reentering the workforce, adults considering a career change, and for retirement planning or second careers. The career testing service includes a one hour appointment to go over your full report with career matching to help you arrive at an informed decision about the second most important choice in our lives.
Individual Therapy
I offer weekly (or more frequent as needed) therapy sessions to individuals age 18 and older who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, emotional issues, feeling stuck, recovery from traumatic life events, alcohol, substance, or sex addictions, or who simply want help with personal growth and transformation. I also offer EMDR and Brainspotting for trauma recovery. Treatment plans are customized based on the unique needs of each individual.
Couples Therapy
I offer weekly couples therapy appointments. My approach is informed by PACT style couples therapy, developed by Dr. Stan Tatkin. Couples therapy generally involves longer sessions at the outset but proceeds to shorter sessions as secure functioning becomes more established for the couple.
Assessments
I offer evaluations for private security licensing, presurgical evaluations for spinal surgery, and for egg donation and gestational surrogacy.

Addiction Treatment
We have licensed addiction treatment professionals for weekly or biweekly sobriety support. The relapse rate after traditional drug or alcohol rehab is abysmal. We feel in addition to the traditional methods, a program that includes coaching to build a future is essential. The role of habit in the neurons for drug or alcohol addiction is not focused on in other types of sobriety support, and our approach incorporates this research into treatment.
